What do you consider your job description?
Operations of a moving company is a broad umbrella title. On any given day, I handle scheduling, truck upkeep, as well as crew hiring and training. Aside from internal-facing duties, I’m also the go-to guy when our clients are seeking additional support. No two days are ever the same.

What skills do you bring to the playing field?
I truly believe that respect for others is the basis of productivity. When coupled with work ethic, there’s nothing we can’t achieve. I integrate this outlook through all my dealings – whether with clients, vendors, or team members. Kind communication goes a long way.

What do you most enjoy about your job?
Training my teams to become something more than what they were when they started with us. The most rewarding part of leadership is helping my employees expand their skills – and seeing an individual’s growth is always a huge reward.

What are your secret superpowers or skills?
I’m an avid amateur historian – like I to read about ancient civilizations for fun. Understanding how much of the world came before us can put life’s little milestones into perspective.

Spending time with my family and raising my daughter – who is the light of my life. 

The one thing you can’t live without?
Reading. I read every night – even if it’s after a ten-hour day. And, you guessed it – it’s history. It’s my way of winding down.
